Excellent food. Okay prices.

I recently placed a delivery order from here.I don't normally complain, but seeing as how I work at a jj's in MI, I feel the need to say...something.A quartered pickle means a pickle cut into 4ths. I received 3 mis-shapen, not even attempted to slice properly, or even try to care, pickle, cut completely uneven. & included was about a 1& 1/2 inch long by 2 cm wide sliver of a pickle. Picture has been posted on the "photo portion" for proof. Just felt the GM and Managers, MITs, and PIC's needed to know that their employees need to be retrained on how to cut a pickle.

Quick and delicious. Many wonderfully crafted sandwiches that are made right in front of your face so fast that it's freaky.

They are only 'Freaky Fast' if you give them the correct address. ;) The man who delivered my food left a few messages and even came back to deliver my food. Thank you!!!

Food was fine, just like every other jimmy johns food. I ordered delivery and added a coke, they charged me $2.25 for a medium fountain (a little steep but whatever it's fine) and when I got my order they had only given me a 12oz can of coke. Again it would be fine to only give customers a can because it is probably easier to transport, but then don't charge someone over $2 for a can; I can get a whole 12 pack for that price. Anyone delivering in the future just keep this in mind. Probably better to skip the drink and go to your nearest vending machine and get a soda.

This location can't handle a typical lunch rush. Waited over 10 minutes for my "freaky fast" sandwich!

Painfully slow. Only one line open over the lunch hour. Took 10 minutes from time I ordered to time I left with food in hand. #notfreakyfast And not the first time this has happened...

Multiple times at this location I have ordered delivery for lunch and waited 45-60 minutes for a sandwich. Really sucks when you have somewhere to be and want to grab something fast, or only have an hour lunch break to work with. They also seem to think the hot peppers come out of their paychecks (barely put any on when I ask for extras) but that's just a personal pet peeve.

Fast friendly service and delicious food!

This is the best Jimmy John's in downtown Minneapolis. The managers, Danika and "T", obviously take pride in their store and run it with the perfect mix of efficiency and excellence. Some other standout employees include Jeff and Shaleese, who always welcome you with a friendly hello and are super upbeat and friendly while they make your sandwich of choice to perfection. The store is always bright and clean, even though there's sometimes a line out the door at lunch time. And when it is super busy, the wait never takes as long as you would expect by judging the line. It is a reliable place to go on lunch break if you are crunched for time but don't want to settle for the typical fast-food options. I have tried a pretty large variety of the different sandwiches on the menu and the quality of the sandwiches is always on point, while still living up to their motto of "freaky fast". I have only dined in here, but this store also offers catering and deliveries.

I was hungry and scared downtown to get my medical cannabis and they changed my life with a sandwich for my last 2 dollars. It's a long story but corporate needs to hear about the selfless employees there.

The food is fine, but their delivery service is the SLOWEST! On multiple occasions (at least three) it's taken my meal over 30 minutes to be delivered. They're freaky slow for a Jimmy John's.

Put tomato on my number 9 which I am extremely allergic too and was a whole in my bag of chips!! I called she said she would replace it and then told me she wouldn't and told me I was lying.. I sent pictures to the corporate of my sandwich and chips and my drink which wasn't even bitten into and now they are under investigation because they swear they never have any mess ups!!!! I'm baffled!!

Freaky slow at the lunch hour

The best Jimmy John's that exists hands down.

I've ordered 2 Italian subs from here and they were both pretty pretty good. I just ordered the second one, a #5 Vito. I asked how long it would take for them to deliver it. The young man said about 10 minutes. I thought yeah right. I got the sub in about 10 minutes. I was impressed. The 2nd sub was kind of skimpy but both were very tasty...fresh ingredients and quality meats. The seasoning is the best. It's really good and not so oily where it's dripping all over the place. The bread is out of this world good. It's really very flavorful. Its different from any other hogie bread I've ever eaten. Delivery service was friendly both times. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

good wrap and very quick service

My order was incorrect the last 2 times ordering delivery from this location. This past time the delivery person even had the nerve to ask me to meet them in the lobby but instead of meeting me just dropped the food leaving me with an incorrect order. What do you think I tip you for????

Ok sandwiches but super fast

So I place my order at 630, Delivery driver bike broke and at 654 a few minutes before they close at 700 pm he calls and cancelled my order I asked if delivery person could walk it over being that I paid for it and it’s 4 blocks away he said no that I can walk over and get it,

Nothing exciting, just usual Jimmy John's quality.

Extremely fast delivery to this downtown resident... Consistently within 10 minutes or so, at least once by bike in pouring rain. Staff is friendly and delivery people always courteous. Ordered more than a dozen times without a single issue. A reliable go-to when I need lunch quick & without hassles.
